Exchanges of experience between students and teachers from Romania and Hungary were important activities for welding the transnational partnership between schools with a medical profile in theproject.
In May, students and teachers from Romania got to know the target group of the Hungarian partner, familiarised with the medical and social education system, with the cultural institutions of interest in Békéscsaba, whereas in June, similar activities were organized in Romania, in Galați.
Thus, during the period 19-21 June 2022, all 7 students from the target group from the Hungarian partner together with a practice teacher and the project manager participated in an experience exchange organized by the Christiana Post secondary School, an activity in which the Galați students from the target group, the practice teachers and the project manager from Romania were also present.
The students from Hungary became familiar with the medical and social education system in Romania, but also with the health system by participating in the following Workshops:
In this framework, the students became familiar with the medical and social system in Romania and with the education system in the medical and social field. As a result, the target group from the Hungarian partner improved their knowledge about the medical, social and educational system in Romania.
They participated together with our students from the target group and other students, in practical interactive activities in the school. Organization of study visits in institutions of interest in the medical and social fields, namely at the Galati Multifunctional Center for Social Services - Care and Assistance Center, at the Day Center of the Galati Multifunctional Center for Social Services and at the Recovery and Rehabilitation Center for children with disabilities - Child Heart Foundation, contributed to the completion of the profile picture of the medico-social system in Romania. In this framework, discussions and exchange of information were held and new contacts were made with the representatives of the visited organizations.
